WHAT WE DO

HERITAGE YOUTH PARTNERSHIP

Heritage Youth Partnership

Heritage Youth Partnership

After a Historic England-funded pilot project and scoping phase, Youth United Foundation has secured funds for the Heritage Youth Partnership. This project is funded by, and in partnership with, Historic England until the end of 2024.

With a strong network of national heritage organisations, the project seeks to develop long-term partnerships between the heritage and uniformed youth sectors, at national and local levels. The project offers support, materials and awards to uniformed youth groups who want to explore local heritage - and what it means to them.

Young people can progress through the Heritage Challenge by planning, doing and sharing a youth-led social action project, relating to what heritage means to them. Microgrants are available for project expenses, materials, and partner costs.

If you are interested to be involved, as a group leader or young person, please watch the video below and then complete the Expression of Interest form linked here.
