Navy Cadets Improve life chances, and Navy Cadets Inspire young people to realise their potential through maritime-based activities that nurture a wider interest in the Royal Navy. All three RN Cadet Forces seek to provide a challenging and stimulating ‘cadet experience’ that develops and inspires young people through the ethos and standards of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.
Through Royal Navy Cadet Forces the Royal Navy seeks to build confidence and helping young people to prepare them for adult life.
